BARCELONA STARS SEND KIDS TO CLUB FOOTBALL SCHOOL
Barcelona superstars Gerard Pique, Luis Suarez and Lionel Messi sent their kids to the club’s football school even from a tender age of three, reports say.

FCB Escola is the club’s brainchild to help kids discover their football passion early. Pique’s child Milan Pique, and Messi’s son Thiago Messi are three years old already. They would be joined by Suarez’s child Benjamin who turns three next week as the trio resume at the preparatory school.
Barcelona offers their employees the option of sending their kids or wards to the club’s pre-school. The school offers classes twice in a week which serves as an .
The administrators say the school is the first steps for players in football on their way to the club’s famous academy – La Masia. They say the school would begin the process of instilling the club’s DNA on the students. The club has a proud legacy of developing “Barca’s DNA” on its products.
That’s the same phrase that the club used when they chased former Arsenal play maker Cesc Fabregas. Barcelona vice president Jordi Mestre used the same phrase when he commented on Hector Bellerin.
“It’s positive that [these players] get minutes at other clubs. It is a dynamic which has always provided good results for players that carry the Barca DNA in their blood,” Mestre said. Barcelona are hoping to bring back Bellerin to Camp Nou.
Messi’s son Matteo is already showing an inclination to football. His father would be hoping his little brother Thiago moves in the same path as he joined his teammates to drop off the children at the school. Messi, Suarez and Pique are expected in action when Barcelona play Atletico Madrid in Wednesday’s La Liga clash.
